PILANESBERG Game Reserve is set within an ancient volcanic landscape in South Africa’s Northwest Province. In a ground-breaking initiative, thousands of large mammals were reintroduced to the area during the 1980s. In this design, a White Rhinoceros mother and calf graze on the shore of Mankwe Dam, with a Southern Yellow-billed Hornbill flying overhead.
